I actually like the boss OD 2 turbo overdrive more than the sd1 but I don’t think they work in the same way so duno if I can recommend it to you.

It’s not too far removed from at ts9 electrically, it’s eq’d nearly identically. Most of the difference relies on the asymmetric clipping circuit which will make second order harmonics more noticeable, especially the 2nd.
