TL;DR: fast quests are better, but it's worth getting optional xp bonuses (if they're reasonably easy to do) and running a longer quest is worth more than re-running a shorter one.
WebFeb 10, 2024 · It does seem a bit confusing to treat reaper XP penalties differently than the normal penalties. If I run a level 5 quest on elite/reaper, then it is a level 7 quest. As I understand it now you get first time bonus on regular xp with both heroic and epic.
WebAlmost everyone will be carried until 40 or 50 reaper points. Bard buffer and any healer may be the best roles to be carried. Save xp pots to drink on level 30 with first time bonus. Then keep on doing the big chains. If you have a full group you guys can do the quests that last longer and then move to the short ones with xp pots.
