Webb5 sep. 2024 · @captain11 Unfortunately you can not turn off 2FA in the app. If I go to where you define it just lets me change the number that SimpliSafe calls for 2FA. If you try and delete it the app says that you must have at least one authentication method. If you try and add an authentication method it says that phone is the only one supported. WebbStep 2: Restarting the SimpliSafe Base Station. After those 30 or 45 seconds have passed, you can put the batteries back in. Make sure to mount the battery panel back on and tighten the screws in place. Turn the device back on and wait for it to fully boot up. This will take some time so try to remain patient.
